At Decor we have a great team with a wealth of experience! Our fitters have worked for Decor for 20 years + so they know what they are doing! Our project management will ensure that a timely completion to your installation - On Time, On Target, On Budget!
Karen Osborne
Owner since 2006 & Administrator
Karen is responsible for all the administration of your order and is great at helping you finalise the components in your new room.
Kevin Shaw
Designer
Kevin has worked at Decor since 2004. He is responsible for award winning designs and we are all proud of his achievements. Kevin has a eye for detail and flair to maximise the planning of your new room.
Maria Carter
Social Media Coordinator
Maria joined Decor in 2017 she works part time in the showroom and concentrates on our Social Media
Alan Shaw
Part Time Fitter
Now working Part Time - Alan has worked for Decor for 30 years! Enough said, responsible for 100's of lovely rooms and simply brilliant at what he does!
Harry Crane
Fitter
Harry Joined the team January 2019 as our Apprentice and studied for an NVQ Level 3 in Fitted Interiors at Stephenson College. Harry finished the course in 2021 and now heads up our fitting team working with Kaine and Alan. Harry has proved to be a natural in all he does and is an excellent kitchen and bathroom fitter.

Kaine joined the fitting team in 2023 to train along side Harry and Alan as a Kitchen / Bathroom Fitter. He is a hard worker with a friendly personality.
Derek & Rachel Boot

Derek & Rachel Boot have worked for Decor for, in Dereks case 20 years + so have a wealth of experience.
Chris Metcalfe
Sub Contract Fitter
Chris Metcalfe joined us as a Sub Contractor in 2020 after 20 years working in the plumbing and heating sector. Chris is a joy to work with as he has a tremendous sence of fun and humour.
